This looks like an eventful turn. Let's see what happened in Panuonia.
This fight was a little tougher then I anticipated. There were 100+ hard hitting barbarians and and a handful of mages, who raised a bunch of undead and earth elementals. My small horded charged forward and quickly dispatched the barbarians, although we took substantial losses in the process. However, the elementals and undead took awhile to destroy and they whittled down my force until most my chaff was destroyed. We had a partial rout with one of my Acolytes running away, but we still won the battle and only lost 4 Knights in the process.
However, there's a major problem. Marignon attacked us with a scout this turn (I'm not going to bother showing the battle, but suffice it to know that we killed the scout), which was in preparation for his own assault next turn into Panuonia. I see his force next to this province:
This sucks. Not only does he see my bless now, but I just spent considerable military power to clear the way for Marignon to waltz to my throne. Unfortunately, I don't have enough force to hold it so I pull back the remnants of my horde to The Caverns.
Here's the throne:
I don't care about the magic +1, but the air gems would be nice. Not as nice as if there were independent mages, but I'll take what I can get. If I could claim this throne and keep it stable with a fort, I could potentially teleport in Bone Daddy to search since I bet there could be some good sites here, but that's a ways off.
The bad news doesn't stop here. Villains attacked us in Nifel:
Complicating matters I see a Bandar Log army next to my former province, which he could easily claim. However, I suspect he'll attack Dubros to the East, but I'm not 100%.
I'm sending Grave Giggler, AKA the hero formerly known as Etimmu, to reclaim it. We'll see what happens.
Our other event wasn't as bad:
Good -- I can always use the income.
For our other attacks I send a force to seize Shade Forest with 68 chaff and 6 knights.
To facilitate our Lictor plan we forge 3 Black Laurels, and for recruitment we hire 3 more priests.
I see an Ulm Priest Smith in The Cloudbreakers next to my territory.
I hope he isn't building a fortress. I considered sending Grave Giggler to disrupt him, but I don't want to antagonize the Ulm player quite yet -- at least not until I get more Lictors.
One of my scouts in Marignon's territory saw a group of independent seize his territory.
I don't like to revel in the mistfortunes of my fellow players, but Bone Daddy sure does, and I'm sure he's cackling evilly.
That battle isn't worth seeing, but we did get a chance to check out his bless.
In combination with his epithet he's using a rainbow with the following minimum stats:
F6A3W3E3S5D4B4 G2O2M1
This looks like a very solid bless for Marignon and will make his sacred cavalry pretty tough.
